Jesus Christ said, BE LIKE ME, NOT THE WORLD!
John 15 (KJV)
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
More and more we see the change. Change which everyone speaks of in one way or another. Technological changes, scientific changes, educational changes, and even sexuality changes.
Oh yes…it’s out there. Evil has taken over Earth and most of its inhabitants but we always have FREE WILL to change.
Technical changes can be as simple as FACEBOOK…it’s consuming your life. Do you have control of it, or does it have control of you? Scientific changes are bringing about changes within the church…it’s true. The Roman Catholic Church wants you to believe that is there not only alien ‘brothers’ out there but their savior is coming soon. Their doctrines are being changed daily…watch out what idols your asking forgiveness to! Then we have the “Woman of the Year Award” which was given to a man! It’s true and unless you’ve been living under a rock or on a secluded island then you know that Bruce Jenner is now a…wait…he’s still a man. The elite just want you to think he’s changed. What GOD decided you were at birth is what you are, you change outwardly by surgeries but your DNA tells no lies.
Does this sound like the world’s trying its best to be like Jesus Christ? Wait till you hear this…then decide!
1 John 4 (KJV)
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

There was a time when you could count on the church being there for you! Not only for food, clothing and even money but for counseling. My family and I have been through some trying times and the church was there for us. Not only did the Pastor counsel our family but they sent us to secular counseling at no cost. True enough.
But now…this is not the case.
Let’s sideline that discussion for a minute.
A Georgia woman who’s been a member of the same church for over 50 years says she is no longer welcome in her house of worship.
Ninety-two-year-old Josephine King told Fox6 she received a letter from her church indicating that she should no longer attend because she wasn’t tithing.
Speaking with WALB, King’s nephew Gerald Simmons said:
“She was stunned. She was disappointed. She was shocked.

You shouldn’t chase the individuals down. You shouldn’t do that. If that’s the case, you’re money hungry.”
A woman claiming to be King’s niece posted the letter to Facebook:
The letter, which was signed by Sr. Pastor Derrick Mike, says that King is no longer able to “participate in any engagements [or] worship opportunities” due to “non-support…in the areas of financial and physical participation.”
Simmons went on to say that King was sick for several months, which kept her from church activities, but that she had gone “above and beyond” in supporting the church in the past.
Simmons said he hopes other churches will take note of the situation:
“You got to have money to make these churches run, but it’s not about money. It’s about God. You have to put God first.”
King had been a member of the First African Baptist Church in Bainbridge, Georgia.

WOW!

Unbelieveable, right?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emerging_church
Things are happening at such a rate that one can hardly keep up with them. The world wants you to think….
“Terminological confusion has occurred because of the use of words with similar etymology.”
My husband and I were discussing things you can and can’t say for fear of ‘offending’ someone. Some are considered racist remarks even though they are not meant that way, it’s most likely said as humor but someone got offended and it went to left field.
Same goes for the Rebel Flag…is that racial? Or not? You see, it’s opinion and then it’s not.
Is that what this means? Terminology is just different ways of saying the same thing, right?
Elements within movement of the church can be this way too!

Relevants are theological conservatives who are interested in updating to current culture.
Reconstructionists are generally theologically evangelical, and speak of new forms of church that result in transformed lives.
Revisionists are theologically liberal, and openly question whether evangelical doctrine is appropriate for the postmodern world.
I, for one, have no doubt in my mind that Satan invented religion, and also denominations…to split up GOD’S people! Make sense?
Isnt that what we see here?
Then what is the ‘new’ church coming onto the world stage? It’s called the “EMERGING CHRUCH”. And it’s “Projects”.
It allows for all these differences!
But, if you ask me…it’s just the precursor to the all-inclusive ONE WORLD RELIGION.
Now we come to my point of this article…

hred1111

If the church was to be like Jesus Christ then wouldn’t we be able to seek guidance? Such as premarital counseling? Marital counseling?
We have so many issues in these troublesome times:
Financial
Grief
Substance abuse
Behavioral issues
Academic concerns
Mental health
Illness
And that was just to name a few!
So, who do we turn to? Of course we turn to GOD! HE COMES BEFORE ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Then, we should be able to turn to the church for help.

01-the-emerging-church-and-the-one-project-part-1-20-638

So the next logical step…you go to your church and ask for help.
What happens?
They assuredly tell you that they are there to help you in whatever means necessary…BUT….
FOR A COST!
Say, what?
Money? They want money? True.
Then, they also assure you that any money you spend while receiving their help as a charitable TAX DEDUCTABLE!
LIES!
The Supreme Court has ruled that prescribed payments for prescribed services are never deductible as charitable contributions. Hernandez v. Commissioner, 109 S. Ct. 2136 (1989). To be deductible, the payments must in fact be voluntary; the counseling services must be available to all without a fixed or suggested charge; and those unable to pay must receive the same consideration as those who are able to pay for the counseling services.

No wonder the world is going to HELL in a handbasket!
That’s what the old folks say…at least.
But, it’s true. Satan has his hand out everywhere.
The family is one area which Satan has been ripping apart since the days of the Garden of Eden.
Now, he’s doing it through sexual promiscuity (affairs-sex out of marriage), sex changes, divorce, money, drugs, any a zillion other avenues.

1 John 4 (KJV)
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!
The church was infiltrated long ago. The symptoms we see now are just an example of that.

TURN TO GOD-not man.

It just so happens this one was next after the last couple which concentrated on men and women’s relationship. But, GOD is awesome in HIS direction because HE knew someone would need this! There are people are are having frustrations and this is how GOD wants you to look at it…

Birds of a Feather…
I admire the Creator, and as amazing as HE is…HIS creations are amazing too. I was waiting for the doctor to come into the room because my husband just had neck surgery and he was having his first checkup since leaving the hospital, and too my right as I looked out the window I saw a flock of birds. Winging at speeds of up to 40 miles per hour, an entire flock of birds can make hairpin turns in an instant. Beautiful in their symmetry as they flew and then they turned to veer in another direction and I caught a glimpse of the underbelly of each one. White feathers brilliantly standing out opposed to their darker feathers.
And although that was amazing in itself, as they sat perched then a sound startled them into flight. Suddenly witnessing the flock as a whole speed off into the skies, then returning into the same direction they came but the oddity which I found in the whole experience was the fact they they can do this without verbal communication.

birdy

The subject of mystical concepts such as natural telepathy come to mind, but do how do they react so collectively…is it a collective thinking practice?
Pelicans, geese, and other waterfowl form lines and Vs, presumably to take advantage of aerodynamic factors that save energy, but the most impressive are those that often fly at speeds of 40 miles or more per hour, and in a dense group the space between them may be only a bit more than their body length. Yet they can make astonishingly sharp turns that appear, to the unaided eye, to be conducted entirely in unison. Imagine doing unrehearsed evasive maneuvers in concert with all the other fast-moving drivers around you on an expressway, and you get an idea of the difficulty involved.
We can watch a airshow of planes and one wrong maneuver and it’s all over! Sadly, one wrong move and it can be fatal. Is the same true for birds? According to scientists, it’s called the “selfish herd” phenomenon. When a predator approaches a flock, all the individuals in the group move toward the safest place—namely, the middle of the group—in order to reduce the chances of being captured.
“As they approach the roosts, the starlings are regularly attacked by falcons and display amazing flocking behaviors,” says Rachel Carere. “They compact and decompact, split and merge, form ‘terror waves’ ”—pulses that move away from an approaching falcon in a split second. “This is something that by sight is fantastic, like Indian smoke signals.”
But what about the communication factor?
“I think it’s acoustic and visual,” says Carere, “but the exact way it works no one knows.” He suggests that a starling may even use the tactile sense of onrushing air from close neighbors to help guide its direction. Clearly, there’s a lot still to be learned from these most mundane of birds.
Well, I personally believe GOD made us the same. Sounds nuts, right?
Let me explain.

maxresdefault

In the past couple of years, I have noticed a surge of people leaving comments on my forum and many others about the ‘sense of quickening’ taking place. Sure, down through history, even the disciples thought they were living in the ‘end days’…but I think Jesus Christ wants everyone to feel like tomorrow could be the day…each and every day! But, the trend in people announcing that they have this sense of ‘something coming’…is growing.
Some people like scientists are scratching their heads, say that they were shocked to discover that their measurements indicate the expansion of the universe is actually increasing. Rather than slowing down, as their “Big Bang” theory postulated, astronomers were stunned to learn that the expansion appears to be accelerating. But, the Bible which is GOD’S Word…states that HE spreads out the heavens! (Job 9:8) So, in so much as this is no surprise to a Believer, a scientist usually does not believe that GOD exists.
However, it is interesting that secular scientists have determined that the universe which is comprised of time, space, energy and matter, is expanding at an ever-increasing rate. So, wouldn’t this also suggest that TIME would be speeding up?

birds-of-a-feather1

My mother once told me that the older you get the faster time flies. And I’ve always thought this to be true, but are we at a time when GOD is shortening the days? It does state in the Bible by none other than Jesus Christ that “And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened”. (Matthew 24:22) It’s no secret that knowledge is also increasing too. Daniel 12:4: But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” We are literally witnessing an EXPLOSION of knowledge. No doubt. With the advent to the computer, and the internet, it is estimated that our cumulative knowledge is doubling every five years. This accelerated speed would have knocked the socks off of the disciples! Wait..were there socks back then…LOL. I digress.
So, with the increase in the world’s technological atmosphere, is this related to the ‘quickening response’ we are feeling? And like the birds, and even fish…and other animals who work in unison…are we spiritually working in unison? And if so, what does this tell us about the behavior of animals as it relates to us. Are they feeling such responses? Some don’t believe animals have souls…well, I do! And it begs to question is their spirit calling out?

DJ_Telexture_angry_birds

And this too begs to be asked…what about the followers of Satan? Are they emotionally feeling the “Selfish Herd” syndrome? Perfect name for that crowd, right! Is this why we are witnessing a surge of demonic activity? Noticing this with the media publishing the articles on ‘Satanic Churches” popping up everywhere…may be a clue.

Also, we must learn to love one another as Jesus Christ loves us but also to keep away from the flock who are sinning. Their feathers reveal their fruits….by that I mean behavior. So, not to sound bias but we need to help each other but remind ourselves that sin can and does rub off on you if you run with the wrong crowd.

Is GOD calling out to you? Are you serving your King? Jesus Christ died for YOU! And in this whole wide world, there is no such love that exists that parallels the one between us and Him! Man cannot give unconditional love, only Him! Did you know that? He’s calling you….are you going to answer?

Men, we will never get anywhere in life without discipline, and doubly so in spiritual matters. None of us is inherently righteous, so Paul’s instructions regarding spiritual discipline in 1 Timothy 4:7-8 take on personal urgency: “Train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.”

That word “train” comes from the Greek word from which we derive gymnasium. So, I invite you into GOD’s Gym—to some pain and great gain!

Discipline of Purity

Sensuality is the biggest obstacle to godliness among Christian men. The fall of King David should not only instruct us but scare the sensuality right out of us! Fill yourself with GOD’s Word—memorize passages like 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8, Job 31:1, Proverbs 6:27, Ephesians 5:3-7, and 2 Timothy 2:22. Find someone who will help you keep your soul faithful to GOD.

A pure mind is impossible if you mindlessly watch TV and movies or visit pornographic web sites (1 Thessalonians 4:3-7). Develop the divine awareness that sustained Joseph: “How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?” (Genesis 39:9).

Discipline of Relationships

To be all GOD wants you to be, put some holy sweat into your relationships! If you’re married, you need to live out Ephesians 5:25-31: “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her” (v. 25). For those who are fathers, GOD provides a workout in one pungent sentence: “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4).

Relationships are not optional (Hebrews 10:25); they enable us to develop into what GOD wants us to be and most effectively learn and live GOD’s truth.

Discipline of Mind

The potential of possessing the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) introduces the scandal of today’s church—Christians who do not think Christianly, leaving our minds undisciplined. The Apostle Paul understood this well: “…whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things” (Philippians 4:8). Each ingredient is a matter of personal choice.

You can never have a Christian mind without reading the Scriptures regularly because you cannot be influenced by that which you do not know.

Discipline of Devotion

Reading GOD’s Word is essential, but meditation internalizes the Word and responds, “I desire to do your will, O my God” (Psalm 40:8). Beyond instructions like Ephesians 6:18-20, there are two great reasons to pray. The more we expose our lives to the white-hot sun of Christ’s righteous life, the more his image will be burned into our character. The second reason is that prayer bends our wills to GOD’s will.

Many men never have an effective devotional life because they never plan for it; they never expose their lives to his pure light.

Discipline of Integrity

We can hardly overstate the importance of integrity to a generation of believers so much like the world in ethical conduct. But integrity’s benefits—character, a clear conscience, deep intimacy with GOD—argue its importance.

We must let GOD’s Word draw our lines of conduct. Our speech and actions must be intentionally true (Proverbs 12:22; Ephesians 4:15), backed by the courage to keep our word and stand up for our convictions (Psalm 15:4). An old saying sums it up: “Sow an act, reap a habit. Sow a habit, reap a character. Sow a character, reap a destiny.”(1)

Man-worshipping-God-GiftbyGod

Discipline of Tongue

“If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person’s religion is worthless” (James 1:26). The true test of a man’s spirituality is not his ability to speak, but rather his ability to bridle his tongue!

Offered to GOD on the altar, the tongue has awesome power for good. There must be an ongoing prayerfulness and resolve to discipline ourselves: “Who keeps the tongue doth keep his soul.”(2)

Discipline of Work

We meet GOD, the Creator, as a worker in Genesis 1:1–2:2. Since “God created man in his own image” (1:27), the way we work will reveal how much we allow the image of GOD to develop in us.

There is no secular/sacred distinction; all honest work ought to be done to the glory of GOD (1 Corinthians 10:31). We must recover the biblical truth that our vocation is a divine calling and thus be liberated to do it for the glory of GOD.

Discipline of Perseverance

Hebrews 12:1-3 presents a picture of perseverance in four commands.

Divest! “Lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely” (v. 1a). That includes besetting sin, and anything else that hinders.

Run! “…with endurance the race that is set before us” (v. 1b). Each of us can finish our race (see also 2 Timothy 4:7).

Focus! “Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith” (v. 2). There never was a millisecond that he did not trust the Father.

Consider! Our life is to be spent considering how Jesus lived (v. 3).

Proverbs4-1

Discipline of Church

You don’t have to go to church to be a Christian; you don’t have to go home to be married. But in both cases if you do not, you will have a very poor relationship!

You will never attain your full spiritual manhood, nor will your family reach its spiritual maturity without commitment. Find a good charity, join it, and commit yourself to it wholeheartedly. Your participation should include financial support, but it should also include giving your time, talents, expertise, and creativity to the glory of GOD.

11032014danieldayblogweb

Discipline of Giving

How can we escape the power of materialism? By giving from a heart overflowing with GOD’s grace, like the believers in Macedonia who “gave themselves first to the Lord” (2 Corinthians 8:5): this is where grace giving must begin.

Giving disarms the power of money. Though giving should be regular, it should also be spontaneous and responsive to needs. And it should be joyous—“God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7). And Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35).

As we sweat out the disciplines of a godly man, remember, with Paul, what energizes us to live them out—“not I, but the grace of God that is with me” (1 Corinthians 15:10).

“CLAIMING” it….

Posted: November 1, 2015 in Bible Truths, GOD, Jesus Christ, Love

heavens_door

We already covered the subject of saying AMEN! And how it’s NOT a new age gimmick or even an ancient one…it’s the REAL DEAL. Everything of GOD is twisted by Satan and so many people would rather believe it than the Truth. Sadly…
So, now we will talk about words. We know that The Word is GOD’s infallible wisdom and nothing is above it-save GOD Himself! GOD spoke everything into creation. This should be enough to explain it, but there’s some out there that need more.

88359e0e2cfaa128fb71f33b365b378c

When we pray in Jesus Christ’s Precious Name, and only in Jesus Christ’s Name, in that we approach GOD under the authority of Jesus Christ and, if you will, by His permission and because of His effort on our behalf. We come before GOD’s Throne of Grace, not in our own merit, but in the merit of Jesus Christ. If we are to pray in Jesus Christ’s Name, then this means our prayers should reflect Jesus Christ’s own values and purposes. Our prayers should be imbued with the agenda of Jesus Christ.
But who’s agenda does Jesus Christ have? Let’s see…
John 5 (KJV)
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

power

Of course, there are those who will interject and say, “So you think you’re better than me/us?”
This is a sense of entitlement! Don’t get me wrong, we’re not any better that anyone else…Believer’s are entitled because of WHO we stand for.
Mark 9:41 – For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.
John 14:13 – And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
John 14:14 – If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
John 15:16 – Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
John 16:23 – And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
John 16:24 – Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
John 16:26 – At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:

In-Jesus-Name-960x540

Matthew 18 (KJV)
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

crosses

Power in the tongue, power in the blood of JESUS CHRIST, and power in the Name of GOD! Because of HOW that our Mighty GOD, The Most High brought everything into being…this gives credence to the power of words., or even breath. The very breath of GOD came into us…and brought us to life.
Proverbs 18 (KJV)
21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

power of prayer

Then, you will have those who say,
“Besides if we claim something and it doesn’t come our way our faith can be weakened.”
This is because it was not in The Perfect Will of GOD. Or the timing wasn’t right, or…whatever the case may be. It’s not about us…but HIM! Claiming HIM! There I said it…and I’m not ashamed that I did.
Let’s be real…a person becomes delusional when they think that they have some type of magical power that can make anything happen just by saying it. Positive confession may have positive effects on our lives, but it not the same as having faith in GOD and HIS promises.
